Hoa Phat Agriculture JSC earned ₫948 billion in net profit during January–September 2026, a year-on-year fall of 27%, the Vietnamese company reported. Revenue for the period was ₫5.06 trillion, down 21%.

The Hoa Phat Group subsidiary achieved 94% of its annual earnings target and 70% of its revenue goal. Its gross margin held at 25%, with a net margin of 19%.

Pig farming remained its main source of profit: earnings of ₫622 billion represented 66% of the total, while revenue was ₫2.13 trillion. Animal feed contributed ₫261 billion in profit, a 28% share. Feed volume reached 143,000 tons, an increase of 11%.

Revenue trends differed across the businesses. Feed recorded 10% growth and eggs 4%, whereas pig revenue contracted 26%. Lower output drove a 56% fall in cattle revenue, although cattle profit increased 27%.

Management also addressed multi-storey livestock farming during the third-quarter earnings call, saying no decision had been taken on developing such facilities. It was tracking technological progress and could consider the model if appropriate technology emerged, costs were viable in light of its existing land resources, and herd growth required extra capacity.
