Zetrix AI told to address 2025 dividend non-payment by Nov 23
A separate Nov 11 deadline covers disclosures on remittances, payment demands, resignations and the effects of collection-agent suspensions.

Bursa Malaysia has given Zetrix AI Bhd until Nov 23 to address the non-payment of its final dividend for 2025. The exchange also directed the company to provide material information on several matters by Nov 11.
Among the matters requiring disclosure are outstanding sums for remittance to the Road Transport Department (RTD), together with payment demands issued by the RTD and Inland Revenue Board (LHDN).
The disclosure requirements also cover the resignations of all independent directors and the external auditors, and shares issued under the Employees' Share Option Scheme. Bursa sought details of the financial and operational effects of suspending Zetrix AI and its subsidiary as RTD collection agents.
Bursa expressed serious concern about recent developments, singling out the unpaid final dividend for 2025 and the company's withdrawal of its declared interim dividend for 2026.
The exchange cited Paragraph 2.23 of its Main Market Listing Requirements as the basis for the directives, saying they were intended to protect investors and ensure prompt disclosure. Before taking enforcement action, Bursa said it must examine the facts, assess evidence of potential breaches and follow applicable procedures.
