Harikrishnan Raguraman named GXS Bank technology chief
The appointment comes amid leadership changes, including the previously announced departures of two senior executives.

GXS Bank has chosen Harikrishnan Raguraman as its chief technology officer, he announced on LinkedIn. The appointment moves him into the role after a series of senior technology posts at the digital bank backed by Singtel and Grab.
His previous work spanned enterprise technology, data and artificial intelligence. The Vibes reported that Bernama described him in June 2025 as Head of Enterprise Technology, Gen AI and Tech Strategy, an executive director-level position. For its 2025 events, Snowflake used the title Head of Engineering Data, AI and Enterprise Tech.
GXS Bank had announced in January that two other executives would leave at the end of February 2026: Geraldine Wong, its chief data officer, and Vishal Shah, group head of business banking.
Reporting on those departures cited an internal email setting out plans to bring engineering, product and data staff at Grab and GXS Group into closer collaboration as the companies align their financial services operations.
