ISF Group secures RM83.2 million in Port Dickson data centre contracts
The four awards lift the company's unbilled order book to RM225.5 million, with work scheduled to finish in stages from November 2026 to July 2028.

ISF Group Bhd said its subsidiary Yeo Plumber Sdn Bhd has secured four contracts totalling RM83.2 million for infrastructure and piping work at a hyperscale data centre in Port Dickson, Negri Sembilan.
A Malaysian civil engineering and building construction company awarded the contracts. Three awards, together valued at RM73.3 million, cover sanitary services, water reticulation, rainwater harvesting and cold water systems. The fourth is worth RM9.9 million and involves external sewerage infrastructure.
Completion is scheduled in stages from November 2026 to July 2028. ISF said the awards increased its unbilled order book to RM225.5 million, supporting earnings visibility through its financial year ending Dec 31, 2029.
Managing director Jeff Ai Boon Chen described the RM83.2 million win as the company's largest to date. He said Malaysia's development as a regional data centre hub was generating opportunities for infrastructure providers.
ISF is also exploring larger water infrastructure projects in Malaysia, including treatment plants and initiatives to reduce non-revenue water. The company said such work could diversify its portfolio while drawing on its piping expertise.
