Shares are priced at 22 sen each, with proceeds earmarked for office expansion, recruitment, technology and working capital.

Malaysian ICT systems integrator Impact Capital Holdings Bhd has set a 22 sen share price for an initial public offering expected to generate RM21.27 million. The company plans to join Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market on Nov 24.
Investors will be offered 96.69 million newly issued shares alongside 28.62 million shares held by existing owners. Applications close on Nov 6. The expected market value at listing is RM105.6 million, with enlarged share capital comprising 480 million shares.
Managing director Winston Chai Fung Chun said the fundraising would help the group expand operations, build technical capacity and recruit staff. The company outlined the following allocations:
- RM4.67 million for office expansion.
- RM4.53 million for additional staff and business development.
- RM2.1 million to improve technology capabilities.
- RM5.17 million for working capital.
- RM4.8 million towards estimated listing expenses.
The office programme includes establishing premises in Johor Bahru and moving into bigger locations in Bintulu and Kota Kinabalu. A new Klang Valley office will accommodate the Digital Innovation and Solutions Centre (DISC), which Chai said would support demonstrations, engagement with customers and internal technical validation.
Operating through subsidiaries, Impact Capital has about 21 years of experience in ICT equipment supply and systems integration. Its work covers telecommunications infrastructure, enterprise networking, data centres and security systems, alongside maintenance and managed network services.
The group is also expanding its digital twin offerings, using virtual models of physical assets and systems for monitoring and simulation. It plans to introduce AI and data-based capabilities for predictive analytics, asset management and decision-making.
