PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia (Persero) transferred its entire holding in PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMFI) to InJourney on 2 November 2026. The transfer was valued at Rp5.66 trillion, according to a disclosure filed with the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Rather than a cash dividend, Angkasa Pura distributed the GMFI shares to PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero), known as InJourney, through a dividend in specie. The company said distributing that dividend was the purpose of the transfer.

The transaction involved 82.10 billion shares carrying 65.77% of GMFI’s voting rights. Angkasa Pura no longer holds any GMFI shares following the distribution. It had held the stake directly before the transfer, the disclosure stated.

All the transferred shares were ordinary shares, with none carrying multiple voting rights. Angkasa Pura also specified that the arrangement was not a repurchase agreement and said there were no outstanding equity instruments yet to be exercised.
