VKTR net profit rises 47% as electric vehicle and parts revenue grows
The Indonesian company reported Rp1.06 trillion in revenue and delivered 27 electric buses to Trans Semarang in the third quarter of 2026.

PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk recorded net profit of Rp12.1 billion for the first nine months of 2026, up 47% year on year, as revenue from commercial electric vehicles and automotive components increased.
The Indonesian company’s revenue reached Rp1.06 trillion, a 49% increase from Rp717 billion a year earlier. VKTR attributed the profit improvement, from Rp8.2 billion, partly to better cost control as business activity expanded.
Electric vehicle revenue rose 91% to Rp186 billion. The segment accounted for 17% of company revenue, compared with 14% in the corresponding period a year earlier. Automotive components manufacturing generated Rp880 billion, up 41% from Rp623 billion.
During the third quarter, VKTR completed delivery of 27 electric buses measuring 12 metres to Trans Semarang. The company said this made it the public transport service’s first electric bus supplier.
In the fourth quarter, VKTR is expanding deliveries into the agribusiness sector with rolling chassis for light-duty trucks. It is also completing electric bus orders for public transport projects, with completion targeted for the end of 2026.
President director A. Ardiansyah Bakrie said the company’s priorities extended beyond vehicle sales to strengthening domestic manufacturing, broadening its portfolio and developing solutions to support customers’ adoption of electric vehicles.
