Net interest income rose 4.3% to Rp5.75 trillion, while lending expanded and the bank's gross bad-loan ratio declined.

PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reported pre-tax profit of Rp1.43 trillion for the first nine months of 2026, supported by higher net interest income and improved asset quality. Profit after tax and non-controlling interests reached Rp957 billion.

Current and savings account deposits increased 16.7% to Rp79.81 trillion. Time deposits declined 28.5% as the bank adjusted its funding mix, which it said helped reduce funding costs.
Total non-interest income fell 8.5% to Rp1.67 trillion, with Global Markets trading income of Rp97 billion amid market volatility. Income from bancassurance, mutual funds, advisory services and subsidiaries nevertheless rose 2.3% to Rp1.58 trillion.
