Vista Land reports 59% fall in 2025 net income
EBITDA increased 6% to ₱24.2 billion, but the delayed earnings announcement did not include complete audited financial statements.

Philippine developer Vista Land and Lifescapes reported 2025 net income of ₱3.8 billion on October 26, down 59% from ₱9.37 billion in 2024. The delayed results came while the Villar family-linked company remained suspended from trading over missed reporting deadlines.
The company highlighted EBITDA of ₱24.2 billion, a 6% increase from ₱22.82 billion, and said it had met its annual target. Consolidated revenue reached ₱35.8 billion, while residential gross profit declined 18% to ₱9.7 billion.
The annual net income figure was below the ₱9.46 billion reported for the first nine months of 2025. Vista Land did not fully explain the difference. It said the results partly reflected interest expenses recognised rather than capitalised into qualifying assets.
Vista Land said it launched 46 horizontal housing developments with an estimated value of ₱49.6 billion, primarily through its flagship Camella brand. It reported year-end assets of ₱376.8 billion.
On October 8, Vista Land, Vistamalls and VistaREIT announced that their boards had approved releasing their audited statements for 2025. However, Vista Land’s October 26 filing contained only an earnings announcement attached to SEC Form 17-C, rather than complete audited accounts or an annual report. The filing did not allow trading in its shares to resume.
