IOI Properties appoints Ho Kwok Wing to lead Malaysian property operations
Ho will become group chief operating officer for property development in Malaysia on 1 December, succeeding the retiring Teh Chin Guan.

IOI Properties Group Bhd has named Ho Kwok Wing to oversee its Malaysian property development operations as group chief operating officer, effective 1 December. He currently leads property development in the central region as a director.
Ho replaces Teh Chin Guan, whose retirement takes effect on the same date. Teh will then become an adviser to Datuk Lee Yeow Seng, the group's chief executive officer. Ho's new responsibilities will cover strategic growth, operating performance and long-term value creation across the Malaysian property development portfolio.
His career with IOI began in July 2012, when he joined IOI Group's property division as general manager. He became senior general manager at IOI Properties in July 2018 and took up his current central-region directorship in July 2025.
Ho has helped expand integrated developments in the central region, including Putrajaya's IOI Resort City. Projects under his leadership have included IOI City Mall, IOI City Towers, Le Méridien Putrajaya, Moxy Putrajaya and GEMS Residences.
