Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK) said 25 planned public offerings were awaiting execution, as companies continued to show interest in raising capital. OJK chair Friderica Widyasari Dewi disclosed the pipeline at a KSSK press conference in Jakarta on 4 November 2026, without providing an indicative value.

Companies raised Rp202.04 trillion through the capital market from the start of 2026 to 28 October, according to OJK. Debt securities and sukuk made up most of that fundraising, at Rp150.43 trillion.

The investor base also expanded. Single Investor Identification (SID) numbers reached 33.36 million as of 26 October 2026, an increase of 63.94 per cent since the start of the year. OJK said 73.54 per cent of companies with shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange reported profits in their 2026 half-year financial statements.

The regulator said its market reforms were an ongoing commitment, rather than solely a response to feedback from index providers. Work on transparency, liquidity and data granularity was already under way, with stronger enforcement identified as the next focus.

OJK also pointed to sanctions announced on 16 October 2026, which it described as the largest ever imposed in Indonesia’s capital market. The authority warned against market manipulation and coordinated trading, and said it was open to penalties beyond fines.
