Hashim-linked firm sells WIFI shares for about Rp4.06 trillion
PT Investasi Sukses Bersama’s stake fell to 27.756% after the sale to PT Sinergi Graha Kapital, which became a new shareholder.

PT Investasi Sukses Bersama (ISB), a company linked to businessman Hashim S. Djojohadikusumo, sold 1.42 billion shares in PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI) to PT Sinergi Graha Kapital on 19 October 2026 for approximately Rp4.06 trillion.
WIFI’s disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange put the sale price at Rp2,870 per share. The shares represented 26.667% of the company’s voting rights, making Sinergi Graha Kapital a new shareholder with a stake of that size.
Following the transaction, ISB retained 1.47 billion WIFI shares, with its holding declining from 54.42% to 27.756%. Sinergi Graha Kapital said the purchase formed part of its long-term investment strategy.
Hashim, the younger brother of President Prabowo Subianto, has an indirect interest in WIFI through PT Arsari Sentra Data, which owns 45% of ISB.
The sale followed Hashim’s resignation as WIFI’s president commissioner. His resignation letter was dated 29 September 2026 and reached management on 30 September. In a disclosure to the Financial Services Authority and the stock exchange, he said it took effect upon signing and asked the company to convene a general meeting of shareholders to process it under its articles of association.
