Shareholders of PT Era Graharealty Tbk. (IPAC) have approved taking the company private and removing its shares from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, according to an exchange disclosure cited in a management statement on 21 October 2026.

The extraordinary general meeting considered two agenda items: the privatisation plan and amendments to the company’s articles of association. All independent shareholders and their proxies attending the meeting voted in favour, allowing both resolutions to pass by consensus.

The change to private-company status involves the purchase of public investors’ shares through a voluntary tender offer by APAC Investment 2 Pte. Ltd. The approved amendments also cover a change to the company’s name.

Directors were authorised to appoint supporting professionals or ratify their appointments and carry out the actions needed to implement the decisions. That authority allows directors to act individually or jointly, delegate their powers and formalise the resolutions in a notarial deed.
