Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) plans to build two housing communities under its PHirst first-home brand in Laguna and Batangas. The company said it has secured licences to sell both developments.

The Laguna development, PHirst Sights Calauan West in Calauan, will contain 682 homes across six hectares. Its estimated sales value is ₱981.1 million. In Lipa, PHirst Sights Batangas will have 2,583 homes on 30 hectares, with estimated sales of ₱5.37 billion.

CPG said the developments form part of its shift towards horizontal housing outside Metro Manila, with sites closer to employment and infrastructure supporting demand. President and CEO Marco Antonio said the company aims to serve workers seeking homes near their jobs, while building more efficiently through several communities in one region.

Following the earlier launch of PHirst Sights Tayabas in Quezon, the two developments bring PHirst’s Calabarzon launches to three for 2026. PHirst also plans launches in Central Luzon and the Davao Region before the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
