Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has begun building Bridgetowne One in Quezon City through its Robinsons Offices unit. The tower will bring an additional 51,400 square metres of gross leasable area to Bridgetowne Destination Estate, with completion scheduled for 2028.

The project adds to Robinsons Offices’ existing presence in the estate, where it has seven developments providing more than 295,000 square metres of leasable space. RLC expects the new building to strengthen Bridgetowne’s appeal to multinational corporations and IT-BPM companies.

The 29-storey tower is being built at the junction of John Gokongwei Jr. Boulevard and West Drive, near C-5 and Ortigas Avenue. Its planned facilities include 20 office floors, a ground floor, basement parking, eight floors of podium parking, a garden deck and a service deck.

Robinsons Offices has 35 office buildings nationwide, spread across 13 highly urbanised cities. That portfolio provides more than 900,000 square metres of gross leasable area.
