Bank Mandiri lending rises 16% to Rp1,605.8 trillion
Deposits reached Rp1,750.2 trillion in September 2026, while corporate lending increased 22% from a year earlier.

Indonesia’s Bank Mandiri reported Rp1,605.8 trillion in loans on a bank-only basis as of September 2026, an increase of 16% year on year. The bank attributed the growth to financing that links corporate clients with smaller businesses and individual customers.
At a virtual press conference on 23 October 2026, finance and strategy director Novita Widya Anggraini said the lending increase reflected the bank’s efforts to support business activity while maintaining asset quality.
Third-party deposits rose 17.7% from a year earlier to Rp1,750.2 trillion, the bank said. Total assets stood at Rp2,404.1 trillion, up 20.1%.
Operations director Timothy Utama said corporate loans reached Rp700 trillion, representing annual growth of 22%. Lending to related businesses and customers in the SME, micro and consumer segments amounted to Rp174 trillion, up 9%.
Timothy said the approach connected services for companies, smaller enterprises and individuals to meet their transaction and financing needs, extending lending beyond large companies to customers linked to their operations.
Bank Mandiri reported a non-performing loan coverage ratio of 243% and a cost of credit of 0.55%. Its corporate non-performing loan ratio was 0.3%, while the ratio for lending to related SME, micro and consumer customers stood at 0.90% as of September 2026.
