Victoria Care names Rahayu Saraswati deputy president commissioner

Shareholders of PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk (VICI) approved the appointment of Rahayu Saraswati D. Djojohadikusumo as deputy president commissioner at an extraordinary general meeting on 29 October 2026, according to a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The Indonesian household-care and cosmetics company also appointed Firman Parulian Sitanggang and Antar M.T. Sianturi as independent commissioners. The appointments were among the decisions taken by shareholders at the meeting.
Billy Hartono Salim is listed as president commissioner in the board composition following the meeting, alongside Luhur Iwan Hernadi as commissioner. Sumardi Widjaja heads the board of directors as president director, with Henny Soetanto, Luhur Dino Herlambang, Andi Sulistiawan and Erwan Irawan Noer serving as directors.
Management said the changes had no effect on the company's operations, legal affairs, financial condition or business continuity. Victoria Care also said it had no further information to disclose.
