A lower revenue outlook from UltraGreen.ai sent its shares down 9.7 per cent at the Singapore market opening on Oct 29. The medtech platform now expects FY2026 revenue below the range it previously projected.

Its opening price was US$0.51, against a prior close of US$0.565. At 9.08 am, the stock stood at US$0.54; turnover was about 355,500 shares, valued at US$184,405.

UltraGreen.ai's third-quarter business update put expected FY2026 revenue below its earlier US$175 million to US$185 million guidance and forecast the impact extending into FY2027. Revenue for the third quarter reached US$44.6 million, a 43.9 per cent increase from US$31 million a year earlier.

The Business Times reported greater uncertainty in the US operating environment, with rival indocyanine green (ICG) products creating price pressure and changing customer buying patterns. UltraGreen.ai's Singapore Exchange mainboard listing took place in December 2025 at US$1.45.
