Indonesia’s stock exchange, BEI, will transfer beverage retailer PT Platinum Wahab Nusantara Tbk. (TGUK) from its special monitoring board to the development board on 27 October 2026, according to an exchange disclosure dated 26 October.

The operator of Teguk outlets had been placed under special monitoring under criterion 11. That category covers other conditions determined by BEI with approval or instructions from OJK.

The board change follows the arrival of a new controlling shareholder. Foreign investor Visionary Capital Global Pte. Ltd. bought 2.03 billion TGUK shares on 2 October 2026 at Rp20 each, in a transaction valued at Rp40.6 billion.

Visionary previously held no TGUK shares. Following the purchase, it owned 2,030,032,377 shares, representing 56.84 per cent of voting rights. An exchange disclosure dated 5 October said the transaction was for direct investment under a Conditional Share Purchase Agreement. Visionary also stated that it intended to retain control of the company.

Previous controller PT Dinasti Kreatif Indonesia sold 2,030,032,377 ordinary shares at Rp20 apiece on the same date. Its holding fell from 2,476,250,000 shares, or 69.33 per cent of voting rights, to 446,217,623 shares, equivalent to 12.49 per cent.
