MyDCD seeks RM187.6 million in IPO ahead of ACE Market listing
The data centre engineering company is offering shares at 56 sen each and plans to put RM134 million towards working capital.

MyDCD Bhd aims to raise RM187.6 million by issuing 335 million new shares in an initial public offering, ahead of a planned Nov 17 debut on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market. The company said the 56 sen offer price would value it at about RM1 billion upon listing.
Existing shareholders are also offering 145 million shares through a private placement, with proceeds of RM81.2 million expected to go to those sellers. Applications for the IPO close at 5pm on Nov 2.
MyDCD plans to direct RM134 million of its public-issue proceeds to working capital, chiefly for project delivery and performance bonds. It has earmarked RM39.9 million for recruitment, office rental and training, and RM5 million for information technology improvements. The remaining funds will pay listing costs.
The company integrates mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for critical infrastructure, particularly data centres. For its financial year ending June 30, 2026, it reported RM666.03 million in revenue and RM66.8 million in net profit.
At Sept 30, MyDCD reported an outstanding order book worth RM1.32 billion. Data centre integration projects accounted for RM1.27 billion, while maintenance services contributed RM53.08 million. It expects to recognise that work progressively as revenue through FY32.
MyDCD also had 76 active maintenance contracts at Sept 30, typically running for one to five years. Chief executive officer Chris Ow Yong said the IPO funding would help the company execute projects and strengthen its workforce and systems.
TA Securities Holdings Bhd is handling the IPO as principal adviser, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent. The Securities Commission’s Shariah Advisory Council has classified MyDCD’s shares as Shariah-compliant.
