Pine Labs and Stripe link retail payment channels in Singapore
The service will become available to eligible merchants in November 2026, ahead of a planned expansion elsewhere in Southeast Asia in 2027.

Singapore retailers will be offered a service connecting web payments with card transactions at shops under a partnership announced by Pine Labs and Stripe. Eligible merchants can use Stripe for both channels from November 2026, with Pine Labs terminals handling card payments in shops.
The companies said the service would bring transactions from both channels into a combined view, reducing the work needed to reconcile payments and lowering operating overheads. Singapore is the initial market; expansion to other Southeast Asian markets is planned for 2027.
Retailers will also have access to Pine Labs tools for instalments from multiple issuers, paying with loyalty points, merchant-funded offers and digital marketing. The marketing features cover immediate discounts and campaigns across borders. Pine Labs terminals accept credit cards, QR codes and contactless payments.
The companies said enterprise retailers often divide website payments, shop transactions, instalment financing and analytics among different vendors, potentially adding complexity, slowing reporting and increasing costs. They will demonstrate their combined service at Singapore Fintech Festival 2026.
