Marina Bay Sands adjusted property Ebitda drops 20.6% in third quarter
Casino revenue declined 14.9 per cent, while the Singapore resort recorded growth across its non-gaming businesses.

Adjusted property Ebitda at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands (MBS) decreased 20.6 per cent to US$590 million for the quarter ending Sep 30, parent Las Vegas Sands (LVS) reported. The company attributed the weaker performance to fewer visits by high-value customers and volatile gaming hold.
The resort’s net revenue totalled US$1.29 billion, a year-on-year reduction of 9.9 per cent. Casino operations generated US$916 million in revenue, down 14.9 per cent.
LVS chairman and CEO Patrick Dumont told an earnings call that the reasons behind less frequent visits by top-tier patrons were unclear. He viewed the weakness as confined to the quarter. Dumont also said MBS’s Ebitda would have reached US$594 million, an additional US$4 million, if rolling play had delivered the expected hold—the share of wagers retained as casino revenue.
Outside gaming, room revenue reached US$162 million after a 5.2 per cent increase, while food and beverage operations generated US$104 million, up 9.5 per cent. Mall revenue advanced 1.4 per cent to US$70 million. Convention, retail and other revenue totalled US$42 million, an increase of 2.4 per cent.
For LVS as a whole, net income was US$352 million, a decline of 28.3 per cent against the equivalent quarter in 2025. Group net revenue was US$3.22 billion, down 3.5 per cent, and consolidated adjusted property Ebitda fell to US$1.12 billion, a 16.7 per cent decrease.
LVS declared a third-quarter dividend of US$0.30 per share, with payment scheduled for Nov 10.
