Malaysia has set aside a further RM150 million to finish 554 homes under the Felda New Generation Housing Projects (PGBF), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said in a written parliamentary reply.

The allocation covers 200 homes at Felda Bukit Aping Timur, another 200 at Felda Pasak and 154 at Felda Kerteh 5. Anwar said the projects had been announced on July 7 during Felda Settlers’ Day.

Responding to Kamal Ashaari (PN-Kuala Krau), Anwar also said responsibility for the Rumah Pahang development at Felda Jengka 11 had been transferred in full to the Pahang government through its Housing and Property Board (LPHP). Construction stood at 75 per cent completion in 2025, and maintenance is now being carried out under the relevant authorities’ supervision, he said.

Anwar said PGBF started in 2013. Across 12 sites, 2,458 homes have been completed and are occupied by eligible second-generation Felda settlers.
