Indonesia expects six retail government securities offerings in 2026 to raise Rp141.32 trillion, matching its funding target, according to Suminto, director-general of financing and risk management at the Finance Ministry.

Speaking to CNBC Indonesia on 23 October 2026, Suminto said the projection included estimated final proceeds from SBR015, whose subscription period ended on 22 October 2026. Provisional orders for that offering stood at around Rp17 trillion, but the figure remained subject to payment completion.

Final sales figures, with separate results for SBR015-T2 and SBR015-T4, will be announced after the sales determination scheduled for 26 October 2026. Settlement is scheduled for 28 October 2026.

One further retail offering remains on the calendar: the ST017 savings sukuk, scheduled for 6 November to 2 December 2026.

Suminto said retail participation helped finance the state budget and broaden the domestic investor base. He also said SBR015 sales indicated that public interest had held up despite changing market conditions.
