Indonesia has exported 148 cargoes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Singapore, alongside pipeline gas supplies of 409.5 Mmscfd, according to Bahlil Lahadalia, coordinating minister for downstreaming and energy transition and minister of energy and mineral resources.

In remarks at the State Palace reported on 30 October 2026, Bahlil said he believed Singapore resold some of those LNG shipments to other countries. He said some of the gas was consumed in Singapore, but did not specify how much he believed was re-exported.

Bahlil also said he did not know what Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto had discussed during their meeting in Hambalang, Bogor, West Java, because he had not attended.
