The Indonesia Stock Exchange placed PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk. (COIN) and PT MD Film Entertainment Tbk. (FILM) under unusual market activity (UMA) status from the first trading session on 29 October 2026, following unusually steep declines in their share prices.

The exchange said it was examining trading patterns in both stocks. It stressed that a UMA designation does not, by itself, indicate a breach of capital market laws or regulations.

COIN, a crypto exchange company, had fallen 20.41 per cent over the past week to 312 per share. Its decline over the past month stood at 58.40 per cent.

FILM, the production house owned by Manoj Punjabi, had dropped 17.50 per cent over the past week to 328 per share. The stock had lost 47.20 per cent over the past month.
