iBilik targets 80 hotels through Wyndham partnership within three years
The Malaysian group has signed agreements for seven hotels and is assessing opportunities elsewhere in Southeast Asia, with no overseas locations confirmed.

Malaysia's iBilik Group aims to expand its hotel portfolio under its Wyndham Hotels & Resorts partnership to 80 properties within three years. Agreements currently cover seven hotels, while its immediate focus remains on strengthening its Malaysian operations.
The partners signed agreements for six additional hotels within three months of beginning their collaboration in 2026. The expansion target remains a goal rather than a confirmed pipeline: individual properties for the wider rollout have yet to be identified.
Brands covered by the partnership include Microtel by Wyndham, Baymont by Wyndham and Trademark Collection by Wyndham. The collaboration aims to pair Wyndham's branding and operating standards with iBilik's Malaysian accommodation and property management experience.
Southeast Asia is iBilik's first region of interest beyond Malaysia, although it has not confirmed any overseas countries or properties. The group intends to serve Malaysian travellers abroad while adjusting its approach to conditions in each market.
iBilik's existing hospitality brands include Kingston, Swing & Pillows and LiLLA. Its broader operations also link property and accommodation with lifestyle services, including confinement care and senior care, with technology and automation intended to support expansion.
