ES Sunlogy Bhd said shareholders have approved a mandate covering recurrent related-party transactions, allowing routine dealings on normal commercial terms as it seeks further projects with Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd.

Managing director Khor Chuan Meng said the mandate would support continuing business dealings between the companies and closer cooperation on project opportunities. Their mechanical and electrical (M&E) partnership dates to 2018, and they intend to pursue mixed-use, industrial and infrastructure developments together.

Kerjaya Prospek acquired a 31 per cent holding in ES Sunlogy through an investment of about RM64.31 million between July and August 2026, becoming a strategic shareholder.

Among ES Sunlogy's recent awards, subsidiary Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd obtained a RM15.63 million contract in September to carry out electrical work for a serviced apartment development with 1,078 units in Johor Bahru. ES Sunlogy also received a RM107.5 million M&E subcontract earlier in the year from China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd for a Johor building development.

The company is extending its activities into high-voltage power transmission following a licence upgrade to 275kV. It has won work on a Tenaga Nasional Bhd substation in Lembah Beringin, Selangor, and aims to obtain further grid-related contracts over the next two to three years.

Its renewable energy operations include the Junjong LSSPV plant, with capacity of 20.76MW, and the Selarong LSSPV plant, with 29.99MW. ES Sunlogy also intends to submit a solar-plus-battery storage bid under the upcoming Large Scale Solar 6 programme.
