Bumi Resources Minerals chief buys 5,902,300 shares

Agoes Projosasmito, president director of PT. Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), bought 5,902,300 shares in the mining company for approximately Rp2,495,487,600, according to a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The purchases were made in two transactions on 26 October 2026. In the first, Agoes acquired 2,358,500 shares at Rp424 each, with a transaction value of approximately Rp1,000,004,000. He then purchased another 3,543,800 shares at Rp422 each, in a transaction valued at approximately Rp1,495,483,600.

The transactions increased his stake from 5,500,000 shares to 11,402,300 shares. Both purchases involved ordinary shares held directly by Agoes, according to the disclosure.
