Four resignations leave Zetrix AI with three board members
The departures have left the company without an audit committee. Its shares were trading at 6.5 sen at 4.11pm.

Zetrix AI Bhd's board has been reduced from seven members to three after four directors stepped down over a month. Independent directors Datuk Othman Semail and Mohaini Mohd Yusof were the latest to leave, citing personal commitments.
Both also gave up their audit committee seats, leaving the company with no audit committee. Wong Kok Chau had resigned as a director and chairman of the committee three days before their departures.
The directors still on the board are Wong Thean Soon, the group managing director also known as TS Wong; Datuk Mohd Jimmy Wong Abdullah, a non-independent non-executive director; and Datuk Dr Norraesah Mohamad.
At 4.11pm, the shares traded at 6.5 sen after falling 1.5 sen, or 18.8 per cent. The company's market capitalisation stood at RM686.68 million. More than 405 million shares had been traded, placing Zetrix AI among Bursa Malaysia's most active counters.
Since the start of the year, the stock has lost 75.5 sen, or 92.1 per cent, from 82 sen. About RM6.10 billion of its market value has been wiped out.
