The board of commissioners approved the directors’ dividend decision on 27 October 2026. Payment is scheduled for 23 November 2026 for shareholders entered in the company’s register at 16:00 WIB on 9 November 2026.
For the regular and negotiated markets, the company set 5 November 2026 as the cum-dividend date and 6 November 2026 as the ex-dividend date. The corresponding dates for the cash market are 9 November 2026 and 10 November 2026.
The dividend is based on the company’s financial figures as at 30 September 2026. United Tractors reported net profit attributable to the parent of Rp4.47 trillion, alongside unrestricted retained earnings of Rp86.11 trillion and total equity of Rp103.82 trillion.
