Work is due to start in the fourth quarter of 2026 (Q4 FY26). The target for completion is Q4 FY28. The scope includes core and shell structures for the facility, infrastructure serving the campus and fit-out work covering mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Following the award, the group's new orders for the current financial year total RM9.8 billion. Its outstanding order book amounts to RM13.4 billion.
