PLN names acting distribution director after Arsyadany moves to ministry
M. Fahrur Rozy will cover the vacant position until shareholders appoint a replacement, with PLN reporting no material impact on operations.

Indonesia’s PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero), or PLN, has assigned M. Fahrur Rozy to oversee distribution following Arsyadany G. Akmalaputri’s appointment as director-general of electricity at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources on 2 November 2026.
In a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 6 November, PLN management said Arsyadany’s tenure as distribution director ended when she took up the government post. The company explained that state-owned enterprise directors cannot simultaneously hold positions in central government agencies under the applicable legislation and its articles of association.
PLN’s board of commissioners issued letter No. 207/DK-PLN/2026 on 3 November 2026, assigning Rozy, its retail and commerce director, to perform the distribution director’s duties. He will cover the role until a general meeting of shareholders appoints someone to fill it.
The company said the management change had no material effect on its business activities. It also said it would continue operating in compliance with laws and regulations and with good corporate governance principles.
