Pavilion REIT posts lower third-quarter profit of RM92.90 million
Quarterly revenue slipped 0.3 per cent, with the trust attributing the decline mainly to weaker advertising income at Elite Pavilion Mall.

Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust reported RM92.90 million in net profit for its third quarter to September 30, 2026, down from the RM94.58 million recorded a year earlier.
In its Bursa Malaysia filing, the trust said quarterly revenue declined to RM227.29 million, compared with RM227.88 million previously. It attributed the 0.3 per cent fall chiefly to reduced advertising income from Elite Pavilion Mall.
For the first nine months of 2026, however, net profit increased to RM287.74 million from RM263.66 million a year earlier. The trust reported revenue of RM694.20 billion for that period, against RM669.39 billion previously.
The trust attributed the nine-month revenue increase mainly to rent from two hotels acquired on June 20, 2025, and from Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Sustained occupancy levels also supported that performance, it said.
Looking ahead, Pavilion REIT said it will keep working with the tourism ministry and associations in support of Visit Malaysia 2026. It also said it will actively manage its properties with the aim of providing steady distributions to unitholders.
