PACK plans rights issue of up to Rp8.19 trillion
The Indonesian company intends to use the proceeds to repay loans, buy shares in Denway Development Limited and fund working capital.

PT Abadi Nusantara Hijau Investama Tbk (PACK) plans to raise up to Rp8.19 trillion through a rights issue involving as many as 100 billion new shares, according to its disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The company will seek shareholder approval for the proposed fundraising at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 30 November 2026. The rights issue remains subject to that approval and the regulatory registration process.
PACK's management said the proceeds would be used to repay loans, purchase shares in Denway Development Limited (DDL) and provide working capital for the company and/or its subsidiaries.
Management said the rights issue could proceed after shareholders approve it, the company submits a registration statement and supporting documents to OJK, and OJK declares the registration statement effective. These steps form part of the requirements it outlined for carrying out the proposed share offering.
