Karen Lee steps down as Alpha Integrated Reit manager’s CEO
CFO Goo Li Ling has been named CEO-designate, with her appointment subject to approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Alpha Integrated Real Estate Investment Trust said Karen Lee is leaving her position as chief executive of its manager on Nov 2. Chief financial officer Goo Li Ling has been selected to succeed her.
Lee, 53, is departing to pursue other professional interests. She will stay with the manager until Mar 31 to help Goo and the board with the handover. Her tenure began in September 2025 and included the October 2025 internalisation of the trust’s management.
The board will decide when Goo takes over as CEO once the Monetary Authority of Singapore has approved her appointment. In the meantime, she will retain her CFO responsibilities. Directors will step up oversight during the transition, while senior management remains responsible for daily operations.
Goo joined the manager before the internalisation was completed. She has more than 20 years of experience spanning finance, property investment and fund management, including work involving industrial properties and data centres. Her previous senior roles were at Keppel Fund Management and Lendlease Asia.
Previously called Sabana Industrial Reit, the trust became the first Singapore Reit to bring its management function in-house. The process started in 2023 after unitholders backed replacing the external manager with one wholly owned by the trustee. Alpha Integrated Reit Management subsequently took over from Sabana Real Estate Investment Management.
