The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has maintained trading suspensions on 62 listed companies over outstanding financial reporting obligations or unpaid penalties. The restrictions took effect from the first trading session on 30 October 2026, according to an exchange disclosure reported on 5 November.

BEI said its checks through 29 October found that the companies, listed on its Main and Development boards, had not submitted interim financial statements for 30 June 2026 without a public accountant’s report, had not paid late-filing fines, or both.

The exchange had previously issued third written warnings and fines of Rp150,000,000.00 under Rule I-H. Its suspension provisions allow trading to be halted from the 91st calendar day after the filing deadline if a company has not submitted its statements, or has filed them but left the prescribed fines unpaid.

For 12 companies, including PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk and PT Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk, the suspensions apply to the regular and cash markets. The other 50 face restrictions across all markets, including PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk, PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk and PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk.
