Indonesia plans to raise an indicative Rp30 trillion through an auction of nine rupiah-denominated government debt series on 10 November 2026. The Finance Ministry’s Directorate General of Budget Financing and Risk Management said the proceeds would cover part of the financing required under the 2026 state budget.

Bidding will run from 09:00 to 11:00 Western Indonesia Time through Bank Indonesia’s auction system. Maximum issuance is set at 150 per cent of the indicative target, while the government retains discretion to sell more or less than the indicative amount.

The offering comprises three Treasury bill series—SPN01261212, SPN03270210 and SPN12271111—and six government bond series: FR0110, FR0111, FR0112, FR0113, FR0102 and FR0105.

FR0110 and FR0112 carry the highest coupons on offer at 7.25 per cent. FR0102 and FR0105 have the lowest, at 6.875 per cent each. The short-term Treasury bills are offered on a discount basis. Each unit has a nominal value of Rp1,000,000.00.

The open auction will use a multiple-price method. Successful competitive bidders will pay according to their submitted yields, while successful non-competitive bidders will receive the weighted average yield of winning competitive bids.

Individuals and institutions may bid, but submissions must go through authorised auction participants under Finance Ministry Regulation No. 168/PMK.08/2019. Participants include primary dealers, the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation and Bank Indonesia.
