Two subcontracts in Pulau Andaman, Penang, worth RM25.07 million have been awarded to Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned ES Sunlogy Bhd subsidiary. ES Sunlogy told Bursa Malaysia that Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd had issued the awards.

Of the two jobs, RM19.87 million is for electrical and extra low voltage systems at a service apartment construction project of 52 storeys. Savelite's responsibilities include supplying and delivering the systems, as well as their installation, testing and commissioning. The contract began on July 1, 2026, and has a scheduled completion date of Dec 31, 2029.

The remaining RM5.20 million award covers infrastructure work involving five canal bridges. That contract started on Nov 24, 2025, with completion scheduled for Aug 23, 2028. Both completion schedules allow for extensions under the respective award terms.

ES Sunlogy expects a positive contribution to earnings per share, gearing and net assets per share over the contracts' duration. It said the awards would leave share capital and substantial shareholdings unchanged.

The company treats the work as related-party transactions because Kerjaya Prospek (M) is part of Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd. Shareholders granted a mandate covering related-party dealings with the Kerjaya Group, its subsidiaries and joint ventures during an extraordinary general meeting on Oct 21, 2026, ES Sunlogy said.
