‘Philippines should not revive Bataan nuclear plant’

The Philippines should abandon plans to rehabilitate the long-mothballed Bataan Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) and instead build a new facility to ensure the safety of Filipinos, according to Sen. Erwin Tulfo.
