Ultragreen.ai names two independent directors and new lead director
Nicky Tan is to succeed Hsieh Fu Hua as lead independent director. The board has seven members, including five independent directors.

Sonia Gan Shiying and Keoy Soo Earn have been appointed independent directors of Ultragreen.ai, the company announced on 2 October. The changes also include Hsieh Fu Hua stepping down from the lead independent director role that day to give more time to other commitments.
The company said Nicky Tan, who already serves as an independent director, will take over the lead position. His committee responsibilities will remain unchanged: chairing the nominating committee and sitting on the audit and risk and remuneration committees.
Gan, 41, works at Vertex Ventures as an investment director and has 18 years of experience across investment management and corporate finance. Keoy, 57, formerly worked at Deloitte, including as its private equity leader.
Hsieh became deputy chairman at CapitaLand Investment and chairman of the National Wage Council in August. Ultragreen.ai said its board now comprises seven directors, with five classified as independent.
Ultragreen.ai shares fell by US$0.005, or 0.9 per cent, to US$0.565 on 2 October.
