Indonesia’s PT Super Bank Indonesia Tbk reported pre-tax profit of Rp385 billion for the third quarter of 2026, up 376 per cent from a year earlier. The digital bank disclosed the results in a statement dated 29 October.
Superbank said deposits reached Rp17.6 trillion, an increase of 79.3 per cent year on year, with more than 8 million customers. Lending expanded 52.6 per cent to Rp13.8 trillion, while assets climbed 66.3 per cent to Rp27.5 trillion.
Net interest income rose 41.9 per cent to Rp1.56 trillion. The bank reported a cost-to-income ratio of 54.16 per cent and a pre-tax return on equity of 6.23 per cent, compared with 2.03 per cent in the corresponding period a year earlier. Its capital adequacy ratio stood at 73.26 per cent.
President director Tigor M. Siahaan said the growth in deposits strengthened Superbank’s funding base for business expansion. He said the bank would focus on developing services, deepening digital ecosystem integration and maintaining prudent management in the final quarter of 2026.
The bank also introduced its Top-Up & Bayar feature during the third quarter, allowing customers to replenish e-wallet balances, buy mobile credit and pay bills through its app. Its Pinjaman Atur Sendiri lending product lets Grab and OVO users access financing through those platforms without downloading Superbank’s app.
