IOI Properties Group Bhd is aiming for a possible secondary listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) in early 2027, group chief executive officer Datuk Lee Yeow Seng said in Putrajaya.

Speaking at the launch of IOIPG Malaysia Reit's listing prospectus, Lee outlined the timing after the group said on Oct 13 that it continued to assess capital market options, with an SGX secondary listing among them.
