Indonesia to delist 18 companies on 10 November
Seven of the companies have been declared bankrupt, while the other 11 have had share trading suspended for more than 50 months.

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) will remove 18 companies from its listings effective 10 November 2026, following financial or legal problems and prolonged trading suspensions.
BEI said in April that the affected companies faced circumstances that significantly harmed their ability to continue operating and had not demonstrated sufficient signs of recovery. It said the delisting decisions complied with exchange regulation No I-N.
The companies include seven that have been declared bankrupt, among them PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL), PT Cowell Development Tbk (COWL) and PT Mitra Pemuda Tbk (MTRA). Another 11 have been suspended from trading for more than 50 months.
Before deciding to delist them, the exchange said it had monitored the companies and given them opportunities to improve their performance. As an investor-protection measure, it also issued warnings of potential delisting after six months of suspension, followed by reminders at six-month intervals.
BEI urged the companies to buy back shares, setting 10 May 2026 as the deadline for buyback disclosures and 9 November 2026 as the end of the implementation period. The companies must continue meeting all obligations applicable to listed issuers until their delistings take effect.
