Indonesia awards Rp10 trillion in sukuk auction

Bids reached Rp32.61 trillion across eight series, while the government kept the award at its indicative target.

Indonesia’s government awarded Rp10 trillion of sovereign sukuk following an auction on 6 October 2026 that attracted Rp32.61 trillion in bids, according to the Ministry of Finance’s Directorate General of Budget Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR).

The amount awarded matched the indicative target. The auction allowed a maximum award of 200 per cent of that target, but the finance minister set the total for the eight series at Rp10 trillion, DJPPR said.

All eight series were reopened. Bids for the three short-term series ranged from Rp5 trillion to Rp6.16 trillion, while the medium- and long-term series attracted between Rp2.34 trillion and Rp4.12 trillion each.

DJPPR reported the following bids and weighted-average yields on the successful awards for each series:

  • SPNS23112026: Rp6.16 trillion in bids; weighted-average awarded yield of 6.38000 per cent.
  • SPNS12042027: Rp6.02 trillion in bids; weighted-average awarded yield of 6.45000 per cent.
  • SPNS07062027: Rp5 trillion in bids; weighted-average awarded yield of 6.50000 per cent.
  • PBS030: Rp2.62 trillion in bids; weighted-average awarded yield of 6.80780 per cent.
  • PBS040: Rp3.90 trillion in bids; weighted-average awarded yield of 7.03680 per cent.
  • PBSG002: Rp4.12 trillion in bids; weighted-average awarded yield of 7.07959 per cent.
  • PBS034: Rp2.42 trillion in bids; weighted-average awarded yield of 7.20929 per cent.
  • PBS038: Rp2.34 trillion in bids; weighted-average awarded yield of 7.21525 per cent.
