Indonesia’s PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) priced its one-gram gold bar at Rp2,554,000 on 21 October 2026, down Rp10,000, according to its official Logam Mulia website.

That was the lowest price since 6 January 2026, when it stood at Rp2,549,000, CNBC Indonesia reported. Antam’s buyback price also declined by Rp10,000, reaching Rp2,369,000 per gram.

Purchases of Antam gold bars are subject to Article 22 income tax. The rate is 0.25 per cent for buyers with an Indonesian taxpayer identification number, known as an NPWP, and 0.5 per cent for those without one.

For buyback transactions worth more than Rp10 million, Article 22 income tax applies at 1.5 per cent for NPWP holders and 3 per cent for those without an NPWP. The tax is deducted directly from the total transaction value.
