YouTrip outage disrupts payments and most wallet services
Only four of 19 tracked operations were working at noon on Oct 19. The company said users’ funds and accounts remained safe.

Singapore-headquartered YouTrip reported widespread disruption to its multi-currency e-wallet on Oct 19, 2026, with most functions unavailable at noon. Its service tracker showed that just four of 19 monitored operations were functioning.
The available functions were sign-up, eSim, login and access to card details. The tracker listed services such as currency exchange within the app, wallet balances and the digital wallet as experiencing a major outage.
In an 11 am Facebook update, YouTrip warned that technical difficulties could affect card payments, ATM withdrawals and other services. Responding to The Business Times, the company apologised and said its team was working to fix the technical problems as quickly as possible. It also assured users that their money and accounts were safe.
A Facebook user commenting at 11 am said a transfer into YouTrip remained pending two hours after it was made. The user also reported that an attempted card payment had failed.
