WIKA sells entire WINNER stake to group subsidiary
The Rp641 million affiliated transaction forms part of a group restructuring programme following directions from majority shareholder Danantara Asset Management.

Indonesia’s PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) sold its entire 44.18 per cent holding in PT Wijaya Karya Industri Energi (WINNER) to PT Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi (WIKA REKON) on 21 October 2026, according to a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The sale covered 50,917,600 shares for Rp641,000,000. Before the deal, WIKA REKON held 55.82 per cent of WINNER. WIKA controls WIKA REKON through a 98.94 per cent stake, making the sale an affiliated transaction.
In a statement dated 26 October 2026, management said the disposal was intended to streamline the group’s investment portfolio and simplify its subsidiary ownership structure. It also followed directions from PT Danantara Asset Management, WIKA’s majority shareholder.
Management said the transaction was consistent with WIKA’s work plan and budget for the 2026 financial year and was expected to improve governance and business coordination within the group. WIKA said the sale involved no conflict of interest, followed fair business practices and did not harm public shareholders’ interests.
