The mandatory offer drew 22 public shareholders, with 132,838,200 shares purchased for Rp387.22 billion.

PT Wibowo Group Capital has completed a mandatory tender offer for shares in Indonesian sea transport company PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk (MBSS), taking its ownership to 90.09 per cent, according to a disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The purchase was completed on 15 October 2026, following an offer period running from 9 September to 8 October 2026. The offer price was Rp2,915 per share, and the transaction was worth Rp387.22 billion.
A total of 22 public shareholders tendered 132,838,200 shares, representing 7.59 per cent of MBSS's issued and fully paid shares. Wibowo Group Capital's holding rose from about 1.44 billion shares to about 1.57 billion shares.
The mandatory offer followed Wibowo Group Capital's acquisition of an 82.5 per cent stake in MBSS from PT Galley Adhika Arnawama in July 2026. Wibowo Group Capital said it saw positive growth prospects for maritime logistics and domestic transport services as demand increased for energy and bulk commodity distribution in Indonesia and export markets.
