Vinh Hiep breaks ground on ₫750 billion coffee plant in Ho Chi Minh City
The 10-hectare facility at VSIP III is designed to process 300,000 tons annually and will include automated production lines.

Vietnamese coffee exporter Vinh Hiep Company Limited has begun construction of a processing factory costing ₫750 billion (US$29 million) in Ho Chi Minh City. The project is located in Tan Uyen ward, within Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III).
Vinh Hiep added the facility to its expansion plans in 2025. It will occupy 10 hectares, with a planned annual processing capacity of 300,000 tons, and will have automated production equipment and advanced logistics infrastructure.
Access to southern Vietnam’s transport links, ports, logistics centres and economic hubs is expected to make commercial operations more efficient. The location is also expected to reinforce the exporter’s supply chain and its ability to serve customers.
Vinh Hiep has operated for more than 25 years and has a network covering more than 20,000 farming households across Gia Lai province and other Central Highlands coffee-growing areas. Company records put its 2025 coffee exports at more than US$845.2 million.
Ministry of Agriculture and Environment figures show Vietnam’s coffee shipments reached 1.4 million tons during the first nine months of 2026, earning US$6.5 billion. Volumes increased by 15.4 per cent year-on-year, but export value fell by 7.3 per cent as average prices dropped nearly 20 per cent to around US$4,537 per ton.
